How long does it take to build a custom PC?
Most builds are completed within 3–5 business days from the time we confirm your component selection. Faster turnarounds are available for urgent builds — just ask.
Can I supply my own parts?
Absolutely. If you've already purchased components you're happy with, bring them in and we'll assemble, cable-manage and configure the system for you.
Do you transfer data from my old computer?
Yes. We can migrate your files, documents, photos and even some installed software from your old machine to the new one as part of your build package.
What if something goes wrong after I take it home?
Bring it back to us. All our builds carry a 24-month labour warranty and we'll diagnose and fix any issues at no charge within the warranty period.
Can you build a PC within a specific budget?
Yes — just tell us your maximum budget and what you'll be using the computer for and we'll find the best possible combination of parts to hit that target.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we accept Afterpay, Zip and Klarna so you can spread the cost of your build over time with no interest. Contact us to discuss which option suits you best.

Can't get to us? Post it in for repair
If you can't make it to our Mannering Park store, you can post your laptop, computer or other device to us instead. Fill in the mail-in form, send it to our workshop, and we'll repair it and post it back to you.

Step 2
Pack & post it
Follow our packing guide, post it to our Mannering Park workshop with a tracked service, and send us the tracking number.
Step 3
We repair it
When it arrives we diagnose it and send you a quote — nothing is repaired without your OK — and keep you updated along the way.
Step 4
We post it back
Once it's fixed, your device is packed up and posted back to the return address you gave us.
